MARBLE

Each panel is composed from individually cut pieces of stone, shaped, and placed with precision.

Rooted in the tradition of pietra dura, first developed in Florence and refined over centuries, the process involves carving each element separately before assembling it into the surface.

Alignment and fit determine the final form. No piece can be forced, only placed exactly as intended.

Variations come from the material itself. Its color, grain, and natural inconsistencies ensure each panel remains distinct.

STONE

Selection begins at the quarry, where slabs are evaluated for tone, grain, and structural consistency.

Each piece is chosen with its final application in mind, ensuring alignment across surfaces and spaces.

The process remains controlled and restrained, with no unnecessary alteration to the material.

TEXTILES
